Congratulations on your offer of a place at Lincoln College! This page contains useful information about your College offer, and will supplement any information sent to you by your academic department. Your offer letter will contain full details of your offer. If you accept this offer, you enter into a contract with the University: you can find the details of this contract here.
If you meet the conditions of your offer, you will receive your College contract over the summer alongside your registration documents. You can see last year’s contract here.

You will be sent a digital copy of the 2023-24 Student Handbook before you arrive. It forms part of your contract with the College. In the meantime, you can consult the 2022-23 version.

Please read the letter from the Bursar, detailing your financial responsibilities, carefully. More information about the financial support offered by Lincoln can be found here.
Offer holders must return their Financial Declaration, confirming that they are aware of the full cost of their studies, and confirming how they intend to fund their studies, by 31 July 2023.

International students, including EU students who have settled or pre-settled status, need to apply for a visa to study in the UK. Your academic department is your main contact for issues relating to visas and you should direct all enquiries to them in the first instance. Detailed information and guidance can be found on the University’s Visa and Immigration pages.

The College and University provides extensive support for students with disabilities and long-term health conditions, including sensory or mobility impairments, specific learning difficulties, autistic spectrum conditions and mental health difficulties. Support is tailored to individual needs, and may include study support, examination adjustments and domestic arrangements. Please see the Disability Advisory Service’s website for detailed information about adjustments, support, and funding.
If you have a disability or long-term health condition please get in touch with us, even if you don’t think that you will need any support. The College’s Student Support Advisor is always happy to talk to all offer holders about disability, or about any other concerns or worries whatsoever. The College’s Chaplain and Welfare Co-ordinator is also available for support and advice.
