It is with great sadness that the College has learned of the death of Professor Richard Bird on 4 April 2022, after a long illness. Richard was a Tutorial Fellow of Lincoln from 1988 to 2008 and Professor of Computing Science from 1996 to 2008. He was a much-admired colleague; our deepest sympathies go to his widow, Norma.
