Lincoln Relaunches Teachers' Conference

In mid-December we relaunched our Teachers Conference with great success. Teachers from state schools all over the country were invited to stay in College and attend presentations and panel talks on admissions, applications, welfare and finance at Lincoln. A particular highlight was the formal dinner after some time exploring the Oxford Christmas markets  where participants enjoyed a meal in hall and the opportunity to network.

The survey results for Teachers Conference were very positive:

  • 100% Respondents thought the conference was excellent
  • 100% would recommend the conference to their colleagues

One participant said, “The talk from students and academic staff was particularly great but all the talks were very good. It was lovely to be in Oxford and visit the College - my first experience here! December is definitely a great time to have it since, aside from the course being great quality, having a little time to explore a wonderful festive city was lovely. Clearly a lot of work went into the programme so thank you for organising. It was also great to hear from the University of Lincoln.”
