Join the Lincoln College Book Club for termly meetings to discuss fiction and non-fiction books written by Lincoln alumni! For each session we will be joined by the author who will join in with the discussions while offering special insight into the book.

Our next pick is The Immune Mind by Dr Monty Lyman (2023). This book cumulates research into how our brain and body are linked entities, and poses new questions about what this might mean for tackling mental health issues. If our body's immune system has repercussions for what goes on in our mind, how does this change how we view ourselves and our physical and mental health? Monty will be joining us in this discussion to give us some further insight into these thoughts.
