On-course Transcripts

For a taught undergraduate or graduate student, an on-course transcript can be requested through My Exams area of Student self-service or the University’s online shop.

Enrolment Certificate

An enrolment certificate is available to print from Student self-service confirming your enrolled status for the current academic year. This certificate may be used for obtaining council tax exemption, opening a bank account, or registering with the police if required.

Degree Confirmation Letter

If you have passed your examinations and have not had your degree conferred at a degree ceremony, you may request a digital degree confirmation letter via the University’s eDocuments Service.

The letter will confirm that you have successfully completed your course at the University of Oxford, the dates of attendance and the classification you received.
