Profile
I read for my LLB and LLM in philosophy of law at the University of Athens. I came to Oxford to read for my MJur at St Cross College and then moved to Corpus Christi College to study for my DPhil in Law. In 2024, I took up my current position at Lincoln College.
College teaching
I teach Jurisprudence, Tort Law, and Constitutional Law.
- Research
My interests concern philosophy of practical reason, jurisprudence, and theory of private and criminal law. My doctoral research focused on the normative aspect of various phenomena, from deliberative incapacities and personal decisions to authoritative directives and voluntary undertakings. My thesis "From Reasons to Rules" develops and defends the balance model of practical reason against the challenges raised by the exclusion model of Joseph Raz.
