Director of International Programmes
Lincoln College is seeking a permanent Director of International Programmes on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week).
Reporting to the Bursar, the Director of International Programmes has overall responsibility for the development and academic provision of a series of short-term educational programmes for students. The Director of International Programmes is primarily responsible for the implementation of academic programmes already constructed, and for the design of new programmes. The Director of International Programmes will recruit Oxford-based tutors for the programmes and guide those tutors in the development of academic content. The programmes will provide educational content in a diverse range of subjects to non-matriculated students. The Director of International Programmes will liaise closely with Lincoln’s Conference & Events team, who will organise the residential facilities (accommodation, catering, teaching spaces) for onsite programmes, and broadcasting facilities for the online section of the programmes. The recruitment of students for these programmes is the responsibility of the College’s partner, UK Schooling.
The salary for this role is £47,085 - £55, 895. The salary is dependent on experience.
