Hi everyone! I’m Isabelle, a second-year student studying German, and I am the JCR Environment and Ethics Officer for this academic year. As E&E Officer, I will be sharing information about sustainability with the JCR, whether that be about action in College or initiatives taking place on a wider scale, and working closely alongside the MCR and Lincoln’s staff in order to make Lincoln more environmentally friendly. College is already taking important steps towards this goal by installing solar panels in Museum Road, and my goal for this coming year is to increase student interest in sustainability, ranging from reducing our waste at the end of each term to diversifying the plant-based food options found in College. I’m looking forward to the coming year and making changes at Lincoln!
