Treatment:

• Lower board secured and upper board re-attched with hinges of Japanese tissue, aerocotton, toned paper and wheat starch paste.
• Damaged areas of endpaper stubs stabilised with tones papers.
• Vulnerable leather along joint consolidated with cellugel.
