Profile

I am one of two Junior Deans at Lincoln College. Responsible for various pastoral and disciplinary roles within College, the Junior Deans work with the Senior Dean and with Lincoln's three Wardens.

I am also an AHRC Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Humanities Division, Oxford. My current project explores the relationship between literature and finance during the long eighteenth century (c.1680-1830). I recently completed a DPhil in English at Lincoln College (entitled Percy Bysshe Shelley and the Economic Imagination) and I'm currently turning my thesis into a monograph. I have taught across Oxford, and currently tutor literature courses at the Department for Continuing Education. Before coming to Oxford, I spent several years as a member of the finance team for Iron Maiden.
